Luke 2:10-12  "Then the angel said to them, 'Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be the sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger.'”

                                                 

(1/5/20)  Isaiah 57:15  "For thus says the High and Lofty One, Who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: “I dwell in the high and holy place, With him who has a contrite and humble spirit, To revive the spirit of the humble, And to revive the heart of the contrite ones."

(2/2/20) Acts 4:19-20  "But Peter and John answered and said to them, 'Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you more than to God, you judge. For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.'"

v 4 - "but He answered and said "it is written, 'man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.'"
v 7 - "Jesus said to him, "it is written again, 'you shall not tempt the Lord your God.'"
v 10 "then Jesus said to him, "away with you, Satan! for it is written, 'you shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only you shall serve."

(4/19/20)  Luke 9:22-24   "The Son of Man must suffer many things, and be rejected by the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised the third day.  If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.  For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will save it."

(5/17/20)  2 Thessalonians 2:13-14 "But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth, to which He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ." 

(6/18/20)  Ephesians 6:10-13  "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand."

40  Let us test and examine our ways, and return to the LORD!   Let us lift up our hearts and hands to God in heaven:
42  “We have transgressed and rebelled, and you have not forgiven."

(8/16/20)  2 Timothy 3:16-17  "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work."

Then He said to His disciples, "The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest." 

(11/1/20)  Exodus 33:18-20   "And he said, 'Please, show me Your glory.'  Then He said, 'I will make all My goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before you. I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.  'But He said, 'You cannot see My face; for no man shall see Me, and live.'"    

(11/27/20)  1 Corinthians 1:9-11   "... that we should not trust in ourselves but in God who raises the dead, who delivered us from so great a death, and does deliver us; in whom we trust that He will still deliver us, you also helping together in prayer for us, that things may be given by many persons on our behalf for the gift granted to us through many."

For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one Spirit"
